This is for the purpose of quarterly feedback for Shailendra Nohwar. As the senior consulting UX manager and designer in the SupportCentral Team, Shailendra continues to be a high performer both as a people manager and user experience designer. This letter will describe what is required in the role of Senior UX Designer and how Shailendra exceeds those requirements.

A Senior UX Designer is expected to have core competencies in the areas of UX strategy and innovation, user centered analysis, web and application design, usability testing, institutionalization of UX principals within organizations, and persuasion engineering. Shailendra excels in each area mentioned.

Shailendra has effectively mentored our team of UX Designers both at GENPACT and GE side. Shailendra drives the desired culture of user centered design, always keeping the user’s interest at the core of discussions between the design and technical teams. He models well for our junior designers’ effective persuasion during meetings with the Senior Technical Project Managers. He helps produce impactful design solutions that results in boosted application NPS through improved user experience. SupportCentral is now among the most improved application at our organization with respect to the NPS from it’s user base.

Shailendra continues to go above and beyond contributing to SupportCentral’s strategic and brand positioning boosting both internal adoption and external sales initiatives. Based on the requirements, Shailendra has contributed compelling interface mockups and interactive prototypes that take our platform to the next level and are an enabler for Senior Management team to promote the platform to the customers both with and external to our organization.

In sum, Shailendra is an invaluable asset to the SupportCentral Team.
